Here you will find a list of our current prices and the prices of our local / national competitors.

Please note that as of July 1, 2008, our prices have increased to remain competitive in our region.

Phone support will incur a fee. Our support line operates on EST., and hours of operation are 9am. to 5pm. Monday thru Friday. Any calls taken outside these hours will be encouraged to call during normal business hours.

Data Recovery

We utilize the same software as the F.B.I. and Secret Service to recover your lost, missing or deleted data.

The average Data Recovery service fee offered by others is about $2,000.00, whereas our average fee is about $700.00. Please call for pricing.

We are trained in counter surveillance and also offer personal protection services. Rates vary depending on each individual case.

DVD Movie Archival

We now offer DVD video archival of all DVD movies. This includes all new releases as well as all old titles.

Data Backup solutions for residential clients

This solution includes backing up your information on several different mediums; CD, DVD, Ext. & or Int. HDD and Flash drive. Prices are dependant on the amount of data to be backed up. Averages are as follows:

DVD's: $15.00 ea. (DL-DVD's: $20.00)

CD's: $12.00 ea.
Flash drive's: $10.00 per each 512MB
Int. & Ext. HDD's will be supplied by client or can be purchased from us at client expense. HDD's are $15.00 per every 5GB.

Creative entertainment options

Interactive CD's & DVD's for Prom's, Graduations, Weddings, Birthdays etc..
These interactive discs can include music, pictures and video of your choice. You can either supply us with your own, or choose from our vast collection of media. Prices are dependant on content and time with averages around $50.00 for Master disc, and $5.00 per additional copy. These discs also include professional printing and can be of your choosing. Printing and cases included at no additional charge. *Copies will need to be purchased through us as these discs will be copy protected*

All service calls now incur a $50.00 roll-out fee. This is in sharp contrast to our competitors roll-out fee of $99.00

Residential Clients

Virus removal based on difficulty:

Easy: $45.00 hr.
Moderate: $55.00 hr.
Difficult: $65.00 hr.

Worm & Trojan Horse removal based on difficulty:

Easy: $50.00 hr.
Moderate: $60.00 hr.
Difficult: $70.00 hr.

Spyware & Adware removal based on difficulty:

Easy: $45.00 hr.
Moderate: $80.00 hr.
*Difficult: $100.00 hr.

*Depending on the severity and number of infected files or instances found on a system, a Reformat might be recommended. Certain Spyware programs present obstacles that are only overcome by a fresh OS install. We can remove ANY program given the right amount of time, but please note that this option can be costly.

Commercial Clients

Difficult: $85.00 hr.

Easy: $80.00 hr.
Moderate: $100.00 hr.
Difficult: $120.00 hr.

*Depending on the severity and number of infected files or instances found on a system, a Reformat will be recommended. Certain Spyware programs present obstacles that are only overcome by a fresh OS install. We can remove ANY malicious threat given the right amount of time, but please note that this option can be costly (and is only recommended if you have valuable, non-replaceable information on the machine). **Includes price per machine.
